Responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including:

•  bringing in &washing patron dishes
• cleaning kitchen dishes
• assisting with light prep when needed
• helping keep the kitchen running smoothly
• assisting with occasional bussing when needed

 Responsible for preparing and cooking food, including:

• ability to follow recipes and directions precisely
• prepping food for service
• maintaining a clean workstation
• handling the rush with a positive attitude

 Responsible for taking orders, bringing out food, and making drinks, including:

• day shift hours (11-5 or 6) are a must; night availability is a bonus
• following directions to correctly make and pour drinks
• taking in-person and over-the-phone orders
• ability to follow directions and work under pressure while staying pleasant
